2. Beat Licensing

  • All beats available for purchase on the Website are subject to a licensing agreement. The terms of the licensing agreement are outlined briefly on the product page and in full on the checkout page for each beat and must be agreed to prior to purchase.

  • The type of license purchased determines the permitted use of the beat and any applicable restrictions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review and adhere to the terms of the license.

  • All beats that contain samples from various artists are the purchaser's responsibility to clear with the respective artist before release.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to beats, artwork, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of  Beat Vault or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content on the Website is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases made through the Website are subject to payment in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely through Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.  Beat Vault does not store or have access to your payment information.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except if proof of faulty product is provided, and no alternative solution can be given.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Beat Vault makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website or the content available on the Website.

  •  Beat Vault does not warrant that the Website will be error-free or that access to the Website will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall  Beat Vault, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from your use of the Website or the content available on the Website.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Beat Vault reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
